But to be honest, all my recipes (don't even look at Anna's ;) are really low fat and low calorie if you give them a closer look... Lotsa veggies too. Mmm, me likey veggies! I really liked the taste of the finished dish: the cheese aroma wasn't overpovering, but rather subtle. I'd say it was better than it would've been with regular unflavored cream.
