Bamia, itämainen muhennos vuohesta ja okrasta

Jostain syystä en saanut itseäni motivoitua gumbonkeittoon, mutta okraa, sen olennaista ainesosaa, rupesi tekemään kovasti mieli. Paukkuvaa pakkasta uhmaten (haluan takaisin etelään!) otin suunnan kohti Vii Voania, ja ostin sieltä viimeiset kaksi pakkausta tuoretta okraa sekä kuivattua tamarindia, [...]
